Chef de service

The employer is looking for a:

Dining Room Manager / Chef de service (reported profession)

Tasks:

• operational management of the dining service
• coordination of ranks and orders
• coordination of dining room staff
• control of service standards
• management of customer needs
• use of POS and reservation systems

Requirements:

• at least 3 years of previous experience
• knowledge of wines, beverages and service techniques
• organizational and leadership skills
• excellent communication skills
• problem solving and stress management
• availability to work in shifts, on weekends and on public holidays
• good knowledge of Italian and English
• preferably between 30 and 40 years old
