About us
Jobportalschweiz.ch is a free job portal for the whole of Switzerland, open to every field and every canton. From an apprenticeship in Appenzell to a management role in Geneva, one board covers the country.
Most of the employers here are the ordinary ones: a bakery hiring a second baker, a care home short of night staff, a construction firm, a regional bank, an SME of forty people on one site. A national portal is only useful if those postings reach it too, and free posting is what makes that happen.
How it works
- 1Search by keyword and place, then narrow by field, canton, employment type, employment level, seniority, company size or industry.
- 2Open a posting for the full description, the employer, the workload and any stated salary. Applications go straight to the employer, never through us.
- 3Hiring? Enter the role, confirm the link we email you, and it goes live after a quick automatic check. No fee, no account.
Why it’s free
Charging for postings prices out exactly the employers a national board needs, and charging readers would be worse. Both sides are free, and the site is cheap enough to run that it can stay that way.
Common questions
- Which regions are covered?
- All 26 cantons, in every field. A search can be narrowed to one canton or one city at any point.
- Is posting really free?
- Yes. No fee, no trial period, and no account.
- Do applications go through the portal?
- No, they go to the employer’s own page or address.
- Which languages does the portal speak?
- German, English, French and Italian, interface and postings alike: a posting appears in the language you chose once its translation is ready.
- How is a posting taken down?
- With the private link the poster receives by email when it goes live, and no account. It withdraws the posting rather than editing it, so a correction means posting again.
