To strengthen our ICT management, we are looking for a service-oriented
IT Supporter 1st Level (80–100%)
at the Bern location, by agreement.
Your tasks
First point of contact for IT inquiries and fault reports – ensure rapid initial solutions
Receipt, prioritization, and independent processing of standard cases including clean documentation
Carrying out initial error analyses and structured escalation of complex cases to 2nd/3rd Level
Support during rollouts and configuration of clients/workstations
Participation in recurring operational tasks, monitoring of systems, and escalation of security- or operation-relevant findings
Willingness to support our locations in Zürich or Luzern on-site once a week
Your profile
Completed ICT training or equivalent qualification
Initial practical experience in IT support is an advantage
Solid knowledge in the client and workplace environment (Windows 11, standard hardware, Microsoft 365)
Knowledge in user and rights management, basic knowledge of networks, as well as experience/interest in tools for operation/endpoint management are a plus
Structured way of working, prioritization according to impact/urgency, clear communication of technical information in German
High service orientation, patience, teamwork skills
Driver's license category B
