• IT - IT Infrastructure & Operations • Zürich • Contracting • Full-time • 03.08.2026 - 4 months • Windows 11, Data Modelling, Intune, M365 Your tasks: • Accompanying and supporting end users during the handover of new laptops • Technical support regarding new devices, in particular: • Setup and assignment of mailboxes • Connection of network drives and fileshares • Synchronization of OneDrive and SharePoint • Support with the setup of the personal working environment • Preparation and configuration of new end devices • Management and documentation of IT assets (new and returned hardware) • Support with administrative tasks within the scope of the project • Ensuring an excellent user experience and high service quality   Your profile: • Training as an ICT Supporter EFZ or a comparable qualification • Experience in the areas of Application Support, Network Support, Incident Management, IT Asset Management • Good knowledge of Windows 11, Dell SupportAssist, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 (M365), Identity & Access Management • Strong customer and service orientation with enjoyment of direct user contact • Independent, responsible, and structured way of working • High degree of initiative and teamwork skills • Strong communication skills and a professional appearance • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
