YOUR MISSION
Within the Hotel & Restaurant pole of Concorde, you ensure a quality service and contribute to a warm and refined customer experience across all Concorde's restaurant points of sale. Depending on your experience, you may also supervise and accompany the room teams.

• Breakfast - replenishment of the buffet and hot drinks for hotel customers
• Restaurant - table service in the room and on the terrace, for hotel, passing, and neighborhood customers

• Take away - take-out sales for passing customers
• Show bar - bar and room service during events as part of Concorde's cultural programming

• Present the menu, advise on dishes and drinks, and take orders
• Ensure table service in accordance with quality standards

YOUR PROFILE
Training & experience
• Training in restoration (CFC or equivalent recognized in Switzerland) or equivalent experience
• Confirmed experience in room service, ideally in a high-paced establishment or multi-points of sale
• Knowledge of oenology, barista drinks, or others is an asset
Skills & qualities
• Excellent sense of service and attention to detail
• Assumed versatility: you evolve with ease between the different points of sale according to needs
• Dynamism, resistance to rhythm, and ability to manage flows during periods of high activity
• Sense of organization and rigor in the execution of the service
• Relational ease and team spirit
• Current French is essential; a good level of English is required, any other language is an asset
