You will learn to lead a motivated team, create an inspiring customer experience, and manage all operations effectively. You will develop your leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit alongside experienced colleagues. Always with a focus on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and commercial success. You: • support the implementation of a strong in-store customer experience and learn to execute visual and commercial presentations according to our standards. • assist in the analysis of sales figures and budget targets and work with the team on relevant improvements. • help with operational planning and staff allocation. • are introduced to the topics of recruitment, onboarding, team management, and motivation, and develop your understanding of modern leadership structures. • follow current fashion trends and learn to use this knowledge in daily store operations. • have the ability to express yourself clearly and in a service-oriented manner in German (at least B2 level). • have experience in fashion retail and understand the demands of a dynamic sales environment.
