Customer Service Clerk / Inbound Service 100% (f/m/d)

Our client is an internationally leading group in the field of modern household appliances. For the customer service team at the St. Gallen location, we are looking for a communicative, resilient and reliable personality for the inbound daily business starting mid-September.

Your main tasks

• Customer consulting & support: Telephone and written support of customers (70% telephony, 30% email/chat) regarding service inquiries, complaints, warranty cases and appliance replacement
• Backoffice & technician coordination: Administrative follow-up of service technician orders, credit notes, reminders and partner settlements
• Quotations & processing: Creation and follow-up of cost estimates (KVA) as well as offers for repairs and warranty extensions
• General administration: Payment releases in SAP, premium and expense accounting as well as general office organization

Qualifications

What you bring with you

• Education: Completed commercial basic training (EFZ)
• Personality: Strong enjoyment of inbound telephony, multitasking ability, high service mindset and perseverance – especially during the autumnal peak season
• IT / system knowledge: Confident use of MS Office; user knowledge in SAP or AS400 is an advantage (thorough training in internal systems is guaranteed)
• Languages: Stylistically confident German in speaking and writing; basic knowledge of English is an advantage (use in approx. 10% of inquiries)
• Availability: Fast availability from mid-September 2026 for employment in the Try & Hire model
