Mandated by one of our clients, a gastronomic restaurant in the Vaud countryside, we are looking for:

Job description ###

-Rotating chef de partie
-Mise en place, plating and service
-mise en place and service for restaurant, seminar and banquets
-Compliance with HACCP standards
-Brigade of 8 people
-Fixed-term position (CDD) for June, July and August

Profile ###

-Hotel management training mandatory (minimum 3 years)
-Mastery of meat AND fish cooking
-Knowledge in pastry a plus
-Stock and order management
-Great sense of organization
-Compliance with technical sheets
-Driving license and vehicle mandatory
