Exclusively for Eldora, which operates a large staff canteen in Altstetten, we are looking for you as Cook 100% (m/f) Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. At our location in Altstetten, around 650-750 employees are catered for daily. The balanced menus are prepared fresh every lunchtime. Regular action and theme weeks also take place, making the culinary offer even more attractive and varied. In addition, break catering is offered in the meeting rooms and aperitifs. • Preparation of meals according to menu plans in the cold and goods kitchen as well as desserts • Preparation of banquets and aperitifs • Ability to work on all stations • Control of inventory and goods deliveries • Organization of work processes in the kitchen • Mise en place and preparation for service • Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP, HACCP-compliant work) • Kitchen and equipment maintenance, cleaning according to cleaning plans • Serving guests during lunch service • Professional training as a cook EBA or EFZ • The debt collection register must be clean. Essential for a permanent contract • German language skills must be C1 and English language skills B1.
