We are looking for an experienced leader who is responsible for the operational process and drives the further development of guest service and internal processes Restaurant Management ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Leadership and coordination of the service team in daily restaurant and banquet operations • Operational responsibility for a smooth process in the à-la-carte, event and banquet business • Ensuring a consistently high guest experience in direct service contact • Planning, organization and implementation of events and banquets • Collaboration with the development and adaptation of menus and wine offerings • Responsibility for the implementation and control of the monthly F&B inventory • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and defined business processes Qualifications & Competencies • Completed training in the gastronomy industry, ideally in the service area • Several years of experience in a management position in the restaurant and/or hotel environment • Leadership experience and pronounced organizational skills • Resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality with high commitment • Pronounced host qualities and professional appearance in guest contact • Very good dialect and German language skills, spoken and written Opportunities & Perspectives You take on a responsible leadership position in a traditional company with a clear positioning in the upscale segment.
