We are looking for several for our hotels: Hotel Receptionists at 100% Tasks: • Ensure the check-in and check-out of our clientele • Ensure the processing of reservations • Ensure the processing of customer complaints • Practice upselling • Manage telephone calls, mail and messages • Ensure payments • Perform reservations during the closing hours of the reservations department • Manage customer complaints and ensure "customer satisfaction" during the stay • Promote hotel services and build customer loyalty Profile: • Hotel training • Recent experience (minimum 1 year) as a Hotel Receptionist (3, 4 or 5 stars) • Excellent command of French and English - 3rd language an asset • Good knowledge of the Opera software • Team spirit • Flexible and available • Sense of communication and interpersonal skills • Confirmed customer relations skills • Excellent presentation • Punctual We offer you a stimulating position and the possibility to contribute actively to the success of the establishment.
