Your tasks:

• Leading the entire kitchen brigade including coordination of workflows and delegation of tasks
• Selection and recruitment of new team members
• Controlling cleanliness at the workplace (cold storage, work surfaces, floors, storage areas, etc.)
• Responsibility for the presentation of dishes (buffets, menus)
• Carrying out orders and inventories, as well as controlling food costs
• Responsibility for maintaining the ISO 22000 standard regarding food safety and hygiene
• Constant co-control of product quality, taste tests, and ensuring an appealing plating style.
