Participation in Accounting: − Accounts receivable, invoicing, dunning process − Accounts payable, payment process − Booking of mail, bank, and cash for all 6 connected businesses ) − General control and reconciliation work − Assistance with quarterly and annual closings − Assistance with budgeting − Assistance with statistics and key figures Participation in Personnel Administration: − Superordinate coordination of civil service assignments for all businesses, including expense accounting Reporting to the Office for Civil Service − Assistance with entries and exits and general personnel administration tasks − Assistance in the selection process − Support for insurance claim reports for personal insurance Participation in Office Secretariat: − Telephone switchboard, reception, responsibility for public zones − Incoming and outgoing mail, mailroom, messenger runs − Purchasing, administration of office supplies − General administrative tasks − Maintenance of data databases (Abacus, SocialOffice, CRM Cobra) − Maintenance of process documentation, templates, and QM documents − Participation and support in projects (IT, data protection, CRM, and others) − Participation and support in procurement of resources Profile ‒ Commercial training or equivalent qualification, Accounting clerk and professional experience desirable, ideally as a generalist/all-rounder ‒ Experience in working in a small team and with multiple supervisors is an advantage ‒ Ability to process diverse work contents in parallel combined with good balance regarding deadlines ‒ Good communication skills and confident in written expression ‒ Good role awareness ‒ Talent for IT-supported applications, solid MS-Office knowledge, ERP-Abacus is an advantage ‒ Service-oriented attitude towards internal and external customers
