You are responsible for the technical performance of our company, consistently develop processes, systems, and organization, and create the prerequisites for high customer satisfaction, efficient processes, and sustainable growth. Your Task You are responsible for the technical performance of our company and ensure that our customers can rely on a professional, reliable, and efficient service at all times. Your Main Tasks Leadership responsibility for the co-shaping of the company · Active co-shaping and implementation of the corporate strategy · Further development of organization, processes, and leadership instruments · Close cooperation with the Customer Service & Services as well as Finance & HR departments • Service Excellence and customer orientation · Overall responsibility for the technical service organization · Ensuring defined service levels, response times, and first-solution rates · Further development of a high-performance and customer-oriented service culture · Professional complaint management · Ensuring high technical availability of the vending machines · Continuous improvement of quality and customer satisfaction Technology, Systems, and Innovation · Overall responsibility for technical standards, systems, and technologies · Responsibility for maintenance and repair concepts · Responsibility for payment systems · Evaluation and introduction of new technologies · Support for customer projects and technical new developments · Building a future-oriented technical infrastructure Process and Organizational Development · Analysis and optimization of the assigned processes · Promotion of a continuous improvement and learning culture • Responsibility for logistics, warehouse, and resources · Overall responsibility for warehouse, logistics, and material management · Ensuring material availability and security of supply · Optimization of inventory levels, material flows, and procurement processes · Further development of logistical structures and resource planning Leadership and Personnel Development · Leadership and development of subordinate managers and employees · Promotion of technical know-how in the company in general · Co-development of a KPI-oriented leadership and reporting system · Promotion of a performance-oriented and positive corporate culture What You Bring Professional · Sound training with targeted further education in leadership and technology · Further education in business administration or management is an advantage · Several years of leadership experience · Experience in technical service organizations · Experience in the establishment and management of KPI systems Personal You are an entrepreneurial, positive-thinking, and motivating leadership personality with high self-motivation and a desire to shape things.
