Do you want to take on responsibility and yet stay close to daily gastronomy operations? At our USZ external location Stettbach, a versatile task awaits you with a lot of personal responsibility and room for your ideas. With your organizational talent, your hands-on mentality, and your joy in guest contact, you ensure that everything runs smoothly on site and that our guests feel comfortable.

Your main tasks

• You take over the operational daily and location responsibility for our gastronomy operation at the USZ external location Stettbach and simultaneously work actively in the operation.
• As the first point of contact on site, you coordinate the daily processes and ensure that our guests feel comfortable with your warm and professional manner.
• You prepare the daily offering, bake baked goods, look after the self-service area, and ensure an appealing presentation of our products.
• Operating the cash register as well as performing the daily closings are also part of your tasks.
• You maintain an overview of goods receipts, stocks, and orders and carry out the necessary temperature and shelf-life controls.
• Cleaning, tidying, and administrative work are just as much a part of your daily routine as ensuring our quality, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Together with the group leader, you contribute your own ideas, actively help shape the location, and contribute to its further development.
• Your profile
• Completed training as a restaurant specialist, hotel specialist EFZ, or a comparable training in the gastronomy or food industry
• Several years of professional experience in gastronomy, communal catering, or hotel management, ideally with initial experience in a responsible function
• Your heart beats for gastronomy and personal contact with our guests
• You work independently, structured, and responsibly, and maintain an overview even in busy situations
• A well-groomed appearance, good manners, helpfulness, and strong teamwork skills characterize you
• You bring very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good PC skills
• You are physically fit, help out flexibly, and are ready for shifts from Monday to Friday within the operational opening hours
