As a 100% operations assistant, you will be a valuable member of our Röschtigrabe team of 33 people, starting immediately or by arrangement.

The restaurant Röschtigrabe is located directly on the lively Bärenplatz in Bern, in the immediate vicinity of the Federal Palace. With more than 300 indoor seats and 200 terrace seats, the dynamic establishment offers many moments of enjoyment. The menu combines regional specialties and classics from all over Switzerland, complemented by an extensive selection of wines. Although it is an independent restaurant, the Röschtigrabe brasserie, with its charm and French-style offering, is also part of it.

• Representing the director in their absence
• Leading and supporting the service team
• Active welcoming of our customers
• Daily and monthly closings, including inventories
• Management of orders, controls, and storage
• Taking on final responsibility
• Participation in à la carte service
• Management of reservations
• Support to the banquet management

What makes you a fit for our team: ##

• Completed training in hospitality-catering or a diploma from a hotel school in Switzerland
• Experience and success in sales
• Polished manners and a great sense of responsibility
• Attentive and communicative personality
• Experience in training apprentices is an asset
