Chef de Service

You lead the service area of our panoramic restaurant professionally and organizationally and support the operations management operationally. You coordinate processes between the restaurant, kitchen, hotel and railway operations, ensure clear structures, actively shape processes and take responsibility for the operative quality in the entire operation.
