Professional, friendly, and competent service and advice to guests regarding the hotel's offerings, other Seiler Hotels, and the destination.
Provides information to hotel guests and assists with any problems.
Handles incoming and outgoing luggage, luggage storage (skis, etc., in cooperation with the ski manager), and issues the corresponding receipts.
Completes all types of reservations (hotels, restaurants, ski instructors, mountain guides, hairdressers, rental cars, taxi and flight transfers, train and plane seats, etc.).
Monitors the circulation of internal and external mail, as well as parcel post (mail transfer for arriving or departing guests).
Responsible for all luggage transfers from the train station or taxi stand to the hotel room and back: coordination with chauffeur, coachman, receptionist, welcome parking, and housekeeper.

Is the first point of contact in case of any kind of emergency

Monitors the cleaning and work schedules of the ski lift operators
Manages the inventory of all kinds of items and hygiene products (games, cards, table tennis rackets, toothbrushes, shaving kits, as well as adapters and transformers)
Responsible for the fireplace in the hall
Manages the cloakroom and luggage storage
Ensures the safety of guests
Verifies key issuance for guests unknown to them
