Your Mission
As a working student in the IAZI Valuation Team, you will play a decisive role in the successful collaboration with our customers. This position offers you the opportunity to strengthen communication skills and promote your organizational talent, while simultaneously contributing to our overarching goals and our mission.
Become part of our dynamic team, which operates at the locations Zürich, Lausanne, and Goa and in which creativity, curiosity, and collaboration are at the center. Together we master challenges, celebrate successes, and continuously develop further.
Specifically, you will work on the following topics:

• Supporting our experts with valuation mandates
• Preparation and review of real estate data and documents
• (Telephone) customer contact for scheduling appointments for viewings
• Support in the optimization of ongoing processes

Your tasks will evolve as we grow together.

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

1. Student at a university or technical college (from 1st semester) preferably in the fields of architecture, business administration, economics, or real estate industry
2. Interest in real estate, real estate valuation, and data management
3. A high degree of commitment and initiative
4. Confident oral and written language skills in German and French
5. Italian skills are an advantage
