• Recording and processing insurance applications for internal and external channels as well as processing and coordinating customer complaints
• Completing complex mutations as well as writing standard and individual correspondence via various channels
• Providing telephone and written information on general insurance questions, benefit topics, products, and services
• Advising interested parties as well as customers at the counter in our sales outlets in St. Gallen & Schaffhausen

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial vocational training as well as several years of practical professional experience, preferably in a call center or customer service of an insurance company
• Commitment to completing the training course Certification Insurance Intermediary Profile Supplementary Health Insurance
• Committed, team-oriented personality with a swift way of working and high performance orientation
• High customer orientation, sympathetic appearance as well as enjoyment of advising and selling in telephone and personal customer contact
• Stylish German in spoken and written form, further language skills in English or French desirable
