Tasks: Responsibility for nationwide customer support Analysis and optimization of our customers' procurement processes as well as development and implementation of suitable solution concepts Advising customers on the introduction and optimal use of the Mercanto platform, including system integrations and data exchange Need-oriented solution sales as well as presentation and negotiation of concepts with management and purchasing managers Acquisition of new customers as well as support and further development of existing customer relationships Responsibility for achieving sales and marketing goals as well as active network and relationship management Recognizing market trends and customer needs as well as participating in the further development of the Mercanto platform Close cooperation and coordination with internal specialist departments as well as supporting the team with technical integration issues Requirements: Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration as well as further training in the field of marketing and/or sales Several years of experience in consulting, solution sales and customer support with revenue responsibility as well as in the implementation of projects Experience in the analysis and optimization of business and procurement processes as well as knowledge of decision-making structures in at least one target industry (BKC, homes or hotels) High affinity for digitalization as well as understanding of technical connections, ideally in the environment of ERP systems, e-commerce platforms and system integrations Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills as well as a confident appearance at all hierarchical levels Independent, structured as well as goal- and solution-oriented way of working with high initiative Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
