WE ARE LOOKING FOR To strengthen our teams in several restaurants in Täsch and Zermatt, we are looking for a committed and team-oriented breakfast cook/cook, effective immediately or by agreement. WE EXPECT • Independent management of the breakfast post as well as support on the other kitchen posts • Mise en Place and careful preparation of all dishes for the breakfast service • Preparation and attractive presentation of breakfast dishes as well as support in production for the day's operations • Ensuring a smooth process during breakfast and kitchen service • Compliance with and implementation of hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP • Control of inventory, freshness, and quality of food • Support in ordering, receiving, and proper storage of goods • Co-responsibility for order, cleanliness, and an efficient workplace in the kitchen • Careful and economical handling of food and operating materials • Close collaboration with the entire kitchen team to ensure a first-class guest experience YOUR PROFILE • Completed training as a cook or several years of professional experience in a comparable position • In-depth technical knowledge on all posts • Quality awareness and attention to detail • Stress tolerance and structured working method • Teamwork and sense of responsibility • Independent and clean working WE OFFER • Free ski rental in Zermatt • Two employee events per year • Discount on massages • Discount on overnight stays in all our hotels • Discount on Food & Beverage in all restaurants • Alpen Resort & SPA: SPA use every day from 10:00–14:00 • Matterhorn Inn: Fitness area available all day
