The employer is looking for a: Cook (reported profession) Requirements: • proven ten-year experience • experience with gas stoves • able to manage the kitchen independently, from the line to preparations, including cleaning and tidying of the tools used • ability to recover raw materials limiting waste • availability to work in shifts and, occasionally, to share spaces and tasks with a counterpart • in-depth knowledge of the traditional preparations of Southern Italy • ability to manage a small electric oven for the cooking of Neapolitan pizza Employment details: • workplace Mendrisio • 50% occupation • employment start to be agreed upon, permanent contract • shift work, Sunday work and holiday work • salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the hotel and catering sector
