The Restaurant Zollhuus belongs to the renowned four-star hotel Kettenbrücke in Aarau. The hotel at the foot of the old town was reopened in 2016 after complete renovation; the restaurant received a new food concept in June 2021. The focus of the menu is pure meat enjoyment with perfectly grilled steaks, fillets, and more. But we can and want to also offer vegetarian and vegan options, in order to affirm all our guests in their food philosophy. In addition to the restaurant, our house features a rooftop terrace, a banquet hall, and three other seminar and banquet rooms, which is why we are also a popular location for business and private events.
We place the highest value on reading our guests' wishes from their lips; hospitality and warm service are our top priorities.

Your field of activity:

• Leadership, motivation, and development of the service team
• Organization and coordination of daily service processes
• Ensuring high quality and service standards
• Active participation in service and support of the team in day-to-day business
• Induction and support of new team members
• Professional handling of guest feedback and complaints
• Ordering processes
