Job Description ## • Management of an openly managed nursing department with 28 residents. • Personnel and administrative management of around 15 employees together with the deputy. • Coordination and supervision of medication and therapies. • Member of the Nursing & Care management team. • Participation in specialist and project groups. • Further development of the quality of care and services. • Professional documentation and ensuring quality of care. • Cooperation with relatives throughout the entire care process. Requirement Profile ## • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or FH. • Experience in the care of elderly people. • Knowledge of interRAI is an advantage. • Leadership experience desirable, but not mandatory. • Organizational skills and a structured way of working. • Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
