TEAM LEADER INBOUND WAREHOUSE

These are your tasks

• Functional and personnel leadership of the team in the area of inbound/storage
• Responsibility for all internal and external goods receipts in the Warehouse area
• Ensuring correct goods receipt and unloading as well as the coordination of unloading points
• Independent further development of the department, including initialization and co-design of continuous improvement processes (KVP)
• Central contact point for all interfaces in connection with the inbound process
• Reporting of relevant key performance indicators to the department management
• Promotion of an optimal complaint management system and support of corresponding processes
• Regular conduct of feedback and development meetings
• Leadership and collaboration in projects and sub-projects

What you bring with you

• Completed training in the field of logistics mandatory, further training as a logistics specialist or a similar qualification in the field of logistics desirable
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable field of activity including leadership experience mandatory
• Routine and sound knowledge in handling SAP-ERP systems (MM/WM) as well as MS-Office mandatory
• Experience in the implementation of KVP measures as well as the application of quality management methods
• High degree of initiative, organizational ability, and leadership competence
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness, paired with team orientation
• Very good oral and written language skills in German and good knowledge in English
