Japanese Specialty Chef/Sushi Chef 80-100%

Specialty chef with many years of experience and training in the field of sushi and Japanese cuisine. Knowledge of Japanese cooking/knife skills and seasonal ingredients as well as seasonal dishes. We are a Japanese team and are looking for an addition to the sushi counter and support in the warm kitchen. Experience in seasonal menu planning and knowledge in Kaiseki cuisine are an advantage. A working stay in Japan or collaboration with a Japanese chef is a must.
