What drives you: Leadership and operational responsibility: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Customer Service team as well as promotion and development of employees Ensuring task control and distribution, as well as quality, punctuality, service orientation, and efficient processes within the team. Active operational participation in day-to-day business – especially in customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, and complex clarification cases. Offer, order, and interface management: Responsibility for the correct creation, tracking, and quality assurance of quotes in the SAP system. Review and clarification of customer orders, ensuring complete, correct, and timely order entry in SAP and dispatch of correct order confirmations Processing of customer orders, monitoring of delivery dates, and coordination of open clarification points with customers, sales, product management, planning, and export Active collaboration with the export team SAP, process control, reporting, and continuous improvement: Monitoring of processing times, order quality, open clarification points, bottlenecks, and operational risks. Ensuring high data quality and correct system usage in SAP, especially for customer, price, quote, and order data. Analysis and development of customer service processes, as well as improvement of standards, templates, and best practices Participation in system optimizations, support in data cleansing, and testing of SAP adaptations and releases as SAP Key User in Sales. What you bring: Commercial training or higher business education (university of applied sciences, university) Several years of experience in customer service, sales back office, or order processing, ideally in an international B2B environment Leadership experience or in-depth experience in a professional leadership function Very good SAP knowledge, ideally in the SD module Very good understanding of quote, price, order, and clarification processes Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with AI applications is an advantage German & English: very good knowledge in word and writing (mandatory) About your personality: You lead clearly, appreciatively, and consistently – with a pronounced hands-on mentality and joy in a player-coach role.
