Chef de cuisine
This Chef de cuisine position is intended for a professional capable of guaranteeing quality, organization and rigor on a daily basis. He/she will be a key player in the coordination of the team and production. The establishment values teamwork, collaboration and culinary excellence. He/she supervises a team of approximately five collaborators in the kitchen with a volume of 150 menus per day. These meals are served on-site or transported to other sites. The Chef de cuisine plans and implements the entire production, supervises the production of sandwiches, salad buffets and catering services. As the person responsible for hygiene, quality and maintenance, he/she also manages orders and inventories. The hours are from Monday to Friday from 6h00 to 15h with a few exceptional evening interventions.
Job description
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in collective catering AND high-end hospitality, with recognized and structured management. The chef de cuisine will propose the menus to be produced, manage the team on a daily basis and report to the restaurant manager. A global vision of the activity, sense of organization and collective spirit are essential. Autonomy and reliability are indispensable qualities for this position.
