• Share responsibility for all activities related to business assignment and processing for the Kommando Ausbildung (triage, business management, quality assurance, compliance with deadlines)
• Participate in the further development and design of the business processes (especially workflows) of the Kommando Ausbildung and the Gruppe Verteidigung, as well as in promoting business process automation, including programming of the specialist data
• Ensure the initial and continuing training of the staff of the Stab Kommando Ausbildung in the application of the ACTA NOVA system and the GEVER processes, as well as the federal office-wide training of employees in the area of configuration of workflows and specialist data in the ACTA NOVA system
• Support the Chefin Geschäftsführung in the setup, continuation, and cleaning up of the digital document storage, as well as in the expansion and maintenance of knowledge management in daily business
• Advise the staff of the Stab on the selection of the regulation-compliant and most efficient document storage

What makes you unique

• Higher vocational training in the commercial field or equivalent training as well as 2-3 years of function-relevant experience
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language
• Very good knowledge of the GEVER application (technology and system environment, GEVER-expert 2, organizational regulations, GEVER regulations, registry plan)
• Very good IT skills as well as high initiative and interest in the further development and improvement of existing processes and systems
• Strong customer and service orientation, combined with personal responsibility and enjoyment in working with different contact persons
• Professional experience in military administration is an advantage

The Kommando Ausbildung (Kdo Ausb) is responsible for training within the Schweizer Armee -- from recruitment through general basic training to cadre training for the militia and the professional military. The Kdo Ausb includes the Höhere Kaderausbildung, the Personelle der Armee, five Lehrverbände, the Ausbildungszentrum, as well as the Fachstelle Frauen in der Armee und Diversity.
