This includes the «Core & Regulations» department, which on the one hand ensures the administration, consistency, timeliness, and uniqueness of master data. On the other hand, this department ensures secure, reliable, and high-performance order processing. Both are essential in relation to the Core Suite, as it is data-centric and has high requirements for standardization, automation, efficiency, and especially processing speed. You are enthusiastic about... ## • developing business analyses for our software components in the topic area of Customer/Account Master Data and Contracts • merging required customer requirements from regular customer workshops with internal and external stakeholders • the definition of MVPs (Minimum Viable Product), the creation and acceptance of user stories in cooperation with the development team • the co-design and qualitative assurance of significant product increments • being co-responsible for agile software development in a self-organized, interdisciplinary, and customer-oriented Scrum team You impress us... ## • with a completed higher education in economics, computer science, or corresponding several years of professional experience and further training (e.g., IREB) • with banking-related business know-how, ideally in the area of Customer/Account Master Data and Contracts • with your several years of experience in Requirements Engineering as well as with modeling languages (e.g., UML or BPMN) • with the ability to abstract complex processes, recognize cross-departmental connections, and communicate ideas clearly and appropriately for the target group • with your initial experience in using AI tools and the competence to use artificial intelligence profitably and efficiently in daily work • as a smart problem solver who is not afraid to forge new paths • with very good German and good to very good English skills, French skills are an advantage We offer ## Previous Family life We support family life with, for example, part-time jobs, mobile working, and extended maternity/paternity and caregiver leave.
