Job Description ## The regional employment offices (ORP) of the canton de Vaud attached to the Direction générale de l'emploi et marché du travail (DGEM) are responsible for assisting clients in their job search and supporting employers in recruiting personnel. They play a key role in the implementation of employment policy and the fight against unemployment. In your capacity as a personnel consultant, you work within the framework of supporting the professional integration of job seekers. In this perspective, you follow and advise each client of the Service public de l'emploi, with the objective of their rapid and sustainable placement on the labor market. You select the appropriate placement strategies and have specific measures allowing for the development of each individual's employability. You are also the guarantor of compliance with legal requirements for the persons within your portfolio. Thanks to the quality of your candidate proposals, you are a key actor for companies searching for personnel. Responsibilities ## • Activate and advise each client through counseling and follow-up interviews; • Conduct professional assessments and professional and personal skill development assessments for persons within the portfolio by granting advancement and training measures; • Actively support the proposal of vacancies to the clients of the service public de l'emploi; • Ensure, in accordance with federal and cantonal laws on unemployment insurance, compliance with the obligations and placement suitability of users; • Perform permanent updates of the computer database (Plasta) and the current management of administrative tasks for each client; • Strengthen collaboration with various inter-institutional partners (Social services, Office de l'assurance-invalidité, etc.); • Establish a reintegration strategy for each client in a personalized manner that is always adapted to their needs and profile. Qualifications ## • Federal diploma of specialist in HR, specialist in social insurance, or personnel consultant completed or in progress. • Several years of experience in the fields of counseling and placement, socio-professional reintegration, or HR. • Good knowledge of the job market and the Vaudois economic fabric. • Sensitive to the legal aspects of HR follow-up within the framework of your experiences. • Interpersonal and social skills oriented towards results. • Rigor and precision in the execution of tasks. • Proven listening skills and client orientation. • Good resistance to stress. *The absence of a recognized diploma as mentioned in the specifications leads to the application of salary class 9.* WHO ARE WE? ## Within the Direction générale de l'emploi et du marché du travail (DGEM), we support and assist local employment actors.
