Restaurant Service Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Operational leadership: Responsibility for smooth operations in the restaurant including service, team coordination, and guest care
• Team management: Leading, training, and motivating the service team, including duty rosters and personnel deployment
• IT systems: Routine handling of Lightspeed (POS) and Mews (PMS) for orders, billing, and guest management
• Cost Control: Monitoring economic efficiency, including inventory management, calculation, and control of beverage and food costs
• Beverage expertise: Responsibility for the beverage menu, orders, stock management, and training the team in wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge
• Guest loyalty: Ensuring an outstanding service experience and actively seeking feedback
• Cooperation: Close coordination with the kitchen, reception, all F&B outlets, and F&B Director

Your profile

• Experience: Several years of professional experience in gastronomy, ideally in a leadership position in the restaurant area
• IT skills: Routine handling of Lightspeed and Mews as well as basic knowledge of Office programs
• Beverage knowledge: Sound knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, and cocktails
• Team leadership: Experience in managing teams, including duty roster design and personnel development
• Cost Control: Knowledge in the calculation and control of material costs and operating costs
• Languages: Very good German and English skills, other languages (e.g., French, Italian, Spanish) are an advantage
• Personality: Service-oriented, resilient, communicative, and with a hands-on mentality
