Responsibilities ## • Receive and analyze requests from taxpayers, natural persons and legal persons or their representatives, as well as requests from employers. • Analyze their tax situation, provide information on taxation in writing or orally (telephone, email), and answer their questions regarding directives, liability, preparation of tax returns, general instructions, deadlines and summons. • Grant payment plans based on the analysis of the taxpayer's situation in accordance with circulars and by delegation of operational competencies. • Assist users regarding installation on all micro-computer operating systems and the use of applications. • Detect users in difficulty and intervene in support. Qualifications ## • CFC d'agent·e relation client or d'employé·e de commerce or a title deemed equivalent. • Confirmed experience of 2 years. • Excellent listening and communication skills. • Good stress management.
