Versatile, rigorous and organized, you will ensure the smooth running of administrative, accounting and HR activities, while providing efficient support to the various services of the company. A 100% position to be filled immediately. Administrative, Accounting and HR Assistant Confirmed experience of a minimum of 5 years in an HR and accounting administrative function. Essential mastery of Winbiz as well as Microsoft Office tools. Discretion and respect for confidentiality. Excellent writing and interpersonal skills. Team spirit and ease of adaptation. Listening skills, diplomacy and customer orientation. ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT Drafting, formatting and follow-up of various mail and documents. Filing and archiving of physical and digital documents. Declaration and follow-up of vehicle claims. Updating and management of the geolocation system (badges). ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL FOLLOW-UP Collection, control and transmission of accounting documents. Filing and follow-up of supplier/creditor invoices. Preparation of customer/debtor invoices. Follow-up of debtor payments. Follow-up of litigation files. HUMAN RESOURCES Preparation of variable elements for payroll. Administrative follow-up of absences, leave, medical visits and other HR obligations. Welcoming and integration of new employees (employee files, material, equipment). Management of sickness and accident declarations. Preparation of HR documents (contracts, amendments, warnings, end of contract procedures).
