Restaurant Manager – Persian Specialty Cuisine

For our newly opened Persian specialty restaurant with 100 seats in Interlaken, we are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager effective immediately. Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for the operational restaurant business. Personnel management, duty scheduling, and shift organization for the service and kitchen team. Ensuring smooth daily operations throughout the entire business. Guest care and complaint management. Reservation management and capacity planning for 100 seats. Purchasing and supplier management, especially for specific Persian products and specialties. Quality assurance in close cooperation with the chef — control of the authenticity and presentation of the Persian dishes. Budget monitoring, turnover analyses, and reporting to the management. Planning and implementation of marketing measures and events. Ensuring compliance with legal regulations (hygiene, occupational safety, food law). Personnel recruitment, induction, and further development of employees. Requirement Profile: Experience in the operational management of a gastronomy business of a specialty restaurant with Persian or Middle Eastern cuisine. Proven experience in the independent management of a restaurant. Farsi fluent — communication with the predominantly Persian-speaking team takes place in Farsi. Knowledge of Persian cuisine and food culture for quality assurance and guest advice. Strong leadership and organizational competence. High service orientation and hosting qualities. Resilience and flexibility, willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. German or English skills are an advantage. Experience in a tourism environment is an advantage.
