Human Resources Manager Our client is an SME of more than 70 employees in Suisse romande, active in the field of energy infrastructures. In a context marked by the energy transition, the digitalization of activities, and the evolution of professions, it is pursuing an ambitious organizational and cultural transformation process. In order to support this evolution, we are looking for its future Human Resources Manager. As a member of the Executive Committee, you will be a strategic partner to the General Management and will actively contribute to the development of the organization, skills, managerial practices, and corporate culture. Your mission You define and implement the HR strategy in coherence with the company's orientations and support the transformations necessary for its development. Close to the employees and managers, you ensure that the HR function becomes a field partner and a lever for performance, engagement, and innovation in service of the employees, as well as the company's objectives. Your responsibilities In this position, you will notably be required to: Define, propose, and deploy the HR strategy in coherence with the company's objectives; Support managers and teams in organizational transformations, the evolution of professions, and change management processes; Identify needs, propose solutions, and implement the actions necessary for the development of skills, professional paths, succession plans, and manager leadership; Establish and manage all HR policies (recruitment, talent development, compensation, performance, health and safety, quality of life at work, diversity and inclusion); Advise and support employees and managers in their daily HR challenges and actively contribute to the search for suitable solutions; Maintain a constructive social dialogue with social partners; Pursue the modernization of the HR function through the digitalization of processes and the development of steering indicators; Participate in the work of the Executive Committee, prepare HR files intended for the Board of Directors, and represent the company to external partners. Your profile You are a human resources professional recognized for your strategic vision, your leadership, and your ability to lead large-scale transformations. You notably possess: a federal diploma of HR specialist; a higher education in human resources, management, law, occupational psychology, or an equivalent field (Master, DAS, or MBA); at least 10 years of experience in a responsible HR function, including participation in an Executive Committee; confirmed experience in leading organizational transformations; a clear interest in field support for employees and managers; excellent mastery of Swiss labor law and the main areas of human resources management; excellent writing and presentation skills in French. In addition, good knowledge of German would be an asset. Experience in the energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors will be an asset, as will a career combining public and private environments.
