Together with your co-leadership partner, you shape the future of our customer center and take responsibility for an experienced team. In doing so, you can expect a lot of creative freedom, short decision-making paths, and the opportunity to drive changes in the core business of GVB.

Specifically, you are responsible for:

• You ensure that customers receive competent initial advice, and that their concerns are resolved as directly as possible or forwarded specifically to the right places.
• In doing so, you set priorities and ensure a balanced workload and high service quality of your team.
• You lead and develop your employees, provide orientation, and create space for individual responsibility and cooperation.
• Together with the team, you drive standardization, automation, and new ways of working and further develop the customer center.
