To strengthen our team, we are looking for a/an from December 2026 or by arrangement Night Audit 100% (w/m/i) Your area of responsibility includes the following activities: • ensuring a smooth and rational workflow • participating in good and collegial cooperation within your own department and with the other hotel departments • ensuring optimal front, reservation, and telephone service • ensuring proper billing through optimal use of the reservation and cash system • creating the daily closing and preparatory work for the administration • the proper execution of late arrivals and walk-ins to ensure a smooth workflow • monitoring the room situation of the current night shift • handling guest complaints • the treatment and reporting of nocturnal special cases Ideally, you have completed vocational training in the administrative field and already bring experience in a similar position. You are fluent in spoken and written German, English, and preferably also French. Shift and weekend work as well as working during the night are a matter of course for you. You show high commitment, are very flexible and resilient, and remain calm, exact, and efficient even under time and work pressure.
