As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst Information Governance & Electronic Archiving (M/F) to support an Information Governance and Management team in two major areas:

  • Strengthening document governance as part of a migration to Microsoft Teams.
  • Conducting a complete pre-study for the implementation of an Electronic Archiving System (SAE).

This mission is part of a preparatory phase aimed at defining the functional, organizational, regulatory, and technical foundations of a future electronic archiving project on an organization-wide scale.

Your main missions will be the following:

  • Contribute to document governance mechanisms associated with Microsoft Teams in collaboration with business teams and the Information Governance and Management unit.
  • Define and structure document classification mechanisms, metadata, access rights, roles, retention rules, disposal, and transfer of content to archiving.
  • Analyze business processes, document typologies, data, volumes, formats, and source systems to identify management, compliance, and retention needs.
  • Collect and formalize functional requirements from business units, IT teams, legal services, and data protection departments.
  • Evaluate the organization's maturity regarding records management and electronic archiving.
  • Identify gaps and analyze the organizational, regulatory, technical, security, and operational feasibility of the future system.
  • Define the functional and technical requirements of an Electronic Archiving System and its articulation with Microsoft 365, Teams, and existing business applications.
  • Study the infrastructure prerequisites related to hosting, storage, security, data sovereignty, interoperability, and business continuity.

A graduate of an engineering school, university education, or equivalent, you have at least 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, document governance, records management, or electronic archiving functions.

You master the following skills:

  • Document Governance & Records Management: document policies, classification plans, information lifecycle management, metadata, retention rules, disposal, and traceability.
  • Electronic Archiving: design and implementation of SAE, regulatory requirements, long-term preservation of digital archives, integrity, authenticity, and evidentiary value.
  • Microsoft 365: SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Purview, retention labels, records management, classification, information governance, and document management.
  • Business Analysis: needs analysis, process modeling, workshop facilitation, drafting functional requirements, and formalizing recommendations.
  • Architecture & IT Systems: understanding of application architectures, document repositories, integration of archiving solutions, and system interoperability.
  • Compliance & Security: data protection, data governance, risk management, regulatory requirements, and compliance.
  • Project Management: scoping, steering, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and development of roadmaps.

Experience in one of the following environments is an asset:
