YOUR MISSION ### • You carry out outgoing calls for quality assurance, obtain necessary measures, and answer inquiries from intermediaries, insurance advisors as well as Sales Managers and sales managers • As the first point of contact, you support our female and male intermediaries with all questions in the area of health, regarding commissions and the offer program and ensure professional first-level support • You process incoming complaints, obtain statements and ensure solution-oriented processing of the concerns • Regular exchange via email and telephone with internal partners from various areas is part of your varied everyday life • With your commitment, you make an important contribution to the satisfaction of our female and male intermediaries Your Competencies #### • Excellent Italian skills in spoken and written form are mandatory and make you the ideal candidate for this position • You have stylish German language skills and communicate professionally and appropriately to the addressee • Customer satisfaction is your top priority and you convince with your service-oriented way of working • Team spirit is a matter of course for you and you value cooperation with different contact persons • You work independently, reliably and keep an overview even in hectic situations • Knowledge in the area of health insurance ideally rounds off your profile Your Education #### • Kaufmann/Kauffrau EFZ or an equivalent training • Experience in customer service, in the insurance industry or in a comparable function is an advantage Have we aroused your interest?  #### • Then send us your application documents with CV       Function: Berater/-in Vermittler-Hotline N02
