Your daily work

• Daily à la carte service with a high-quality menu
• Control of produced food for quality as well as quantity according to internal specifications and accurate presentation
• Professional management of the saucier station including ordering goods
• Assistance with inventory management and stocktaking as well as responsible for the control, order, and cleaning of the cold rooms
• Ensuring the proper handling, cleaning, and maintenance of devices as well as machines and compliance with hygiene regulations
• Assistance in the supervision and training of apprentices and interns

• Completed training as Koch/Köchin EFZ as well as professional experience at the saucier station in a comparable position
