For our valued customer located in Bern Ittigen, we are looking for several Customer Advisors E-Banking 80-100% (DE/ FR/ EN) # Employment: 100% Location: Ittigen Industry: General services Publication date: 22.07.2026 Your tasks: • You advise our customers in a friendly and competent manner on the phone regarding all questions related to E-Banking • As the first point of contact, you provide support for concerns such as login problems, payment orders, security questions, and other functions • You help with technical challenges in E-Banking and guide customers step by step towards the independent use of our digital services • During conversations, you specifically identify customer needs and draw attention to suitable digital offers, e.g., Mobile Banking or E-Documents • Even with more complex inquiries, you quickly find a customer-oriented solution and thus contribute to a positive user experience • You work closely with internal specialist departments and thus make an active contribution to the ongoing optimization of our E-Banking support What you bring with you: • Very good knowledge of German, French, and English is essential for this position • You are open to new things; career changers with a high willingness to learn are also very welcome • You bring confident use of the PC as well as good knowledge of common MS Office programs • High customer and service orientation • Distinct communication skills What you may expect: • A varied activity in a motivated team • Intensive, practical induction, specifically tailored for career changers • Flexible working hours Monday to Friday (07:00-21:00), occasionally also on Saturdays • The possibility to use and further expand your language skills daily • Modernly equipped workplaces and digital tools to support your work • Independent working with a direct influence on the customer experience • Continuous development and training in the field of E-Banking Are you interested?
