Your tasks Professional and warm guest care Independent management of a service station of around 40 guests High-end wine service Leading a Commis Coordination and ensuring a smooth service process Working hours during breakfast and dinner service (afternoon free) Preparation and follow-up of the service process Working with the Xenia cash register system Carrying out various cleaning tasks according to the HACCP plan Your profile Completed vocational training Experience in comparable positions in high-end gastronomy Knowledge of German, other languages an advantage Independence, resilience and enthusiasm Enjoyment of guest contact and teamwork Interest & commitment to your profession
