HR Generalist

Do you have sound experience in human resources and want to take on a versatile task with concrete influence in everyday work? As an HR Partner, you will accompany our employees and managers through the various phases of their professional careers, contribute your expertise to the benefit of the company, and make an active contribution to the further development of our HR processes.

This is your job

• Entire personnel administration from entry to exit (contracts, mutations, personnel files, certificates, agreements and other administrative processes)
• Absence and time management (support and processing of sickness and accident cases, EO, IV and unemployment topics as well as management of absences and time management)
• Recruitment and talent acquisition (creation of job advertisements, application selection, interviews as well as support of the entire onboarding process)
• Organization of training and further education (support and coordination of further education, organization of language courses, support of apprentices as well as participation in HR projects)
• Support for managers and employees (advice on personnel matters, support of personnel-relevant topics as well as support with administrative and organizational concerns)
• Payroll and social insurance (monthly payroll processing, contact with insurance companies, authorities and social partners)

What you bring with you

• Successfully completed commercial training with further training in the HR field
• Several years of professional experience in the HR of an industrial company as well as sound HR specialist knowledge (mandatory)
• Experience with the ERP system Abacus is an advantage
• Structured, independent and proactive way of working
• German as a main language as well as very good French skills (mandatory)
