Your tasks:

• Receiving and processing incoming customer calls (Inbound)
• Recording and documenting fault reports and service requests
• Coordination and forwarding of assignments to technicians
• Monitoring of reaction and solution times (SLA)
• Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction
• Support with administrative tasks in daily business

Your requirement profile:

• You have very good German skills and another national language (any additional language is an advantage)
• Ideally experience in the Customer Contact Center environment
• Solid general IT knowledge required, specific SAP and Salesforce knowledge desirable
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Very good communication skills
• Resilience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Structured and reliable way of working
• Experience in a call center or customer service is an advantage
• Being flexible, punctual and reliable is a matter of course
