Tasks • You are responsible for the maintenance of the Livique/Lumimart distribution center in Oberentfelden. • You ensure cleanliness and maintenance in the interior and exterior areas (including garden facilities) of the distribution center. This also includes monitoring the work carried out by the external cleaning company. • You monitor and control the facilities on site. • You carry out maintenance work, minor repairs, and maintenance on installations independently. • You manage consumable materials and ensure waste disposal (cardboard, wood, etc.). • If required, you support the warehouse area • You act as a operational first aider Requirements • You have completed basic training as a janitor / specialist in operational maintenance or in a craft area. • Your professional experience distinguishes you. • You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking. • You show flexibility with regard to working hours. • You enjoy working with people and teamwork.
