Your tasks

• You process registrations, changes, and deregistrations of private individuals and SMEs via telephone, e-mail, letter and online portal
• You answer customer inquiries and general concerns independently and in a timely manner
• You carefully check and update master data according to the applicable quality and process specifications
• You process simple complaints in a solution-oriented manner and record the most important information in a traceable way
• You advise our customers based on their needs and identify suitable opportunities to optimally support them with our products and services
• In addition to daily business, you undertake special tasks and contribute actively to high service quality and strong customer relationships

What you bring with you

• A completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or a comparable training
• You bring experience in customer service or in an administrative function; knowledge in the energy or service environment is an advantage
• You work routinely with MS Office and common specialist applications; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Even in lively situations, you work in a structured and precise manner and maintain an overview
• Customer satisfaction is important to you. With customer orientation, personal responsibility and team spirit, you ensure optimal care
• You use very good German skills reliably in telephone and written communication with our clientele; good French skills are an advantage
