We are bringing a new café concept to Zürich, with a focus on quality, consistency and genuine hospitality. We are looking for passionate people who enjoy working in a professional, fast-paced environment and want to help build something from the ground up. Cook (100%) Day shift Working hours Early morning start Only day shifts End of work between 17:00–18:00 Full-time (100%) Your tasks Preparation of breakfast, brunch and café dishes according to recipes. Organization and preparation of the kitchen before service. Compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards. Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and workstations. Organization of the kitchen stock according to the FIFO principle. Ensuring that recipes and production standards are consistently followed. Support with ordering, stock control and reduction of food waste. Close cooperation with the team for smooth daily operations. What we are looking for At least 2 years of experience as a cook. Passion for high-quality cuisine and attention to detail. Well-organized and able to work independently. Reliable, punctual and proactive. Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety. Experience in the café or brunch sector is an advantage.
