What awaits you • Management of daily business: You are responsible for 50% of the organization, monitoring, and ensuring an efficient flow of goods during your shift • Operational involvement: For the remaining time, you roll up your sleeves yourself and lead by example for your team • Leadership & teamwork: Together with another Deputy Teamlead, you support the Teamlead in the functional and disciplinary leadership of 16 employees • Coordination & alignment: You work closely together, coordinate tasks and responsibilities, and ensure a seamless handover in daily business • Interface management: You are in contact with internal and external partners, including transport service providers and the Sales team, to ensure smooth processing • Administration & analysis: You create statistics on daily performance, quality, and personnel planning and use these to specifically optimize processes What you bring with you • Ideally completed training as a Logistiker*in EFZ paired with further education (eidg.
